1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

  • The item is not a final sale or promotional item marked as non-returnable.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, swatched, or tested.

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@rarebeautydepot.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

4. How to Initiate a Refund
To start a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@rarebeautydepot.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Securely package the unused item with its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved for a non-defective return, the refund amount will be for the product cost only.

7. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To "exchange" an item, please follow the refund process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product on our website.
