1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
After processing, your order will be handed to our logistics partners for final delivery. The estimated transit time is 6 to 12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Please allow a total of 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive from the date your order is placed. This timeframe includes both order processing and transit.

3. Shipping Destinations & International Orders
We ship internationally to most countries. As an international shipment, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or collected by Rare Beauty Depot. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information specific to your region.

4. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@rarebeautydepot.com.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve additional fees.

6. Potential Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather events, carrier delays, or local holidays. Rare Beauty Depot is not liable for any delays once the package is in the custody of the shipping carrier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, or building reception. If the package remains missing, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
